From a one-man controls design office to one
of the leading system suppliers for the international furni-ture
industry within a decade
It began with a challenge given by a door manufacturer in
East-West-phalia - a machine to automatically trim the membrane
pressed parts.
The result: the first fully-automated trimming robot, now in operation
|
since 1994 - a forefather of the Gottschild
CS-series machines. Gottschild began marketing this new technology
in 1996 and today Gottschild systems are in operation across
the globe. Gottschild's customer list reads like a Who's Who
of the leading furniture manufacturers in Europe, the United
States, and Australia.
But even if Gottschild GmbH has changed from a controls design office |
to a systems supplier, it still remains an engineering firm.
And while it recognizes its great potential in the controls
design sector, Gottschild nonetheless has an enduring commitment
to support the furniture industry with innovative and custom
automation solutions in the future.
The production is in cooperation with Schröder Anlagentechnik GmbH & Co.KG. |
