Our polishing and sanding machines are fully automatic systems for polishing and sanding lacquered high-gloss furniture fronts, wall panels and Corian®. Our machines are also used to polish the printing plates for the production of euro banknotes. Furthermore, our systems are used for processing real glass, acrylic glass, various metals including precious metals. Depending on which and how many workpieces you process, we supply different systems. The HBS polishing machine can be converted into a fully automatic eccentric sanding machine in just a few steps.
The fine sanding with this eccentric sanding machine with a grain size of 1000 up to 3000 reduces the subsequent polishing time with an improved polishing pattern.
Automatic size and height detection
All Gottschild machines are equipped with automatic size and height recognition. This enables an automatic adjustment in case of chaotic loading. Length and width are measured with lasers. Height adjustment is done by a system that controls the downward force of the tool and adjusts it to any given height. Even small irregularities on the surface are compensated by this system.
Large number of different standard polishing pads
Low follow-up costs, since a large number of proven standard polishing and sanding pads can be used (no expensive special sizes). The time saving compared to manual work with these grinding and polishing pads is considerable. You can see a selection of different pads in the picture slideshow.
