Panel cleaner for surface cleaning and surface dedusting
The Gottschild Panel Cleaner PAC 2200 are equipped with counter-rotating linear brushes and are ideally suited for double-sided surface dust removal from surfaces such as e.g. pre-profiled MDF 3D fronts. This machine automates the complex manual dedusting. The brush belts of the linear brushes pick up particles from the 3D furniture fronts to be cleaned and convey them towards the extraction system. The low-maintenance brushes and the long service life ensure low production costs.
Ionized compressed air (option)
With the ionized compressed air option, compressed air nozzles are used, supported by an extraction system and an ionizing bar. An exhaust airflow collects the impurities previously released by the intensive air-jet and conveys them into the extraction system. The combination of linear brushes and compressed air nozzles not only gives you a perfectly cleaned surface but also optimal cleaning of profile depressions.
