Ionizing Bar IO RN
The ionizing bar IO RN is a powerful and rugged piece of equipment. Its construction with one bar internal high-voltage electric cable satisfies all technical requirements.
It has proven its value repeatedly in the removal of electrostatic charges |
during Foil Paternoster, Panel Cleaner and web (continuous product) processing.,
Production interfering surface charges can be removed reliably and effectively – even at high operating speeds.
The coaxial high-voltage plug-and-socket connection offers a unique advantage. The gastight high-voltage plug can be connected to the power pack easily and without tools.
The flexible, coaxially shielded cable connects the ionizing unit with the Voltage Supply (Power Pack).

The ionizing bar IO VS with three bar internal high-voltage electric cables brings 50% more performance.

The ionizing bar IO VS otherwise is identically constructed with the ionizing bar IO RN.
The ionizing bars IO RN/VS are the optimal addition for the Foil Paternoster from the Gottschild-System.
Of course also other uses are possibly in the furniture industry.

Function
This new technique is based on the neutralization of “spot charges” by means of bipolar ions..The head of the device is enclosed by a sheet |
material shield, which serves both as mechanical protection and counter-electrode. Due to the special shape of this shield, bypass channels are created, which assist an efficient six-chanel blowing nozzle by stabilizing the airflow.
The airflow can be adjusted exactly in accordance to the application – particularly useful for the treatment of small pieces. A power pack provides the required voltage.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular and careful cleaning with the special cleaning agent SRM 1 and the cleaning kit RS 1 ensure long service life and constant efficiency.

With his modular electronic components the Power Pack IO SL pack guarantees a service-friendly power supply. |
iThe power pack IO SL is equipped with two high tension connections and was designed to provide ionizing systems with the required voltage. The integrated HV-transformer produces an alternating current of approx.
7–8 kV.
All ionizing products, such as ionization sticks, ring ionizers etc. can be connected to the power pack.
Full-Electronic Function Monitoring
The main on/off switch with a build-in display light, always lets the user know that the power pack is ready for operation. The full-electronic function |
monitoring constantly checks all functions of the ionizing system without any further measuring or test equipment. It notifies any irregularities by causing the LED indicator integrated in the housing to flash. |
