The HBS 2000 is a automatic or semi-automatic polishing, sanding or cleaning machine for furniture components of the Gottschild-System . This cleaning system is intended for companies with a production capacity of 1200 parts per day.
The specially designed rotating disk brush cleaning system removes the glue overspray from the backs of furniture components, achieving an optimum texture of foil edges at the same time.
These results are made possible by the pneumatically controlled pressure the disk brushes apply as they clean the backs of the components.
