The BSD 2000-4 ( 1800 parts/8h ) with four head brush system can be retrofitted at increasing production.To the eight head brush system BSD 2000-8( 3600 parts/8h ).

Therefore the machine is the perfect buffing system for medium and large-scale productions.

The BSD 2000 has been equipped with an automatic recognition of size and thickness of the furniture front panels, enabling an adaptation in the case of chaotic loading without loosing time in through-feed operation.

Due to the flexible control system there is the possibility of buffing of rectangular and contour parts.

The low-maintenance brushes are very durable, ensuring low production costs.

Polishing / Sanding mode

As an option the BSD 2000-P also can be used for polishing or finishing sanding / grinding furniture fronts. To this option are other engines and 150 mm Ø buffers or sanding pad are needed.

• Air-ionizational brush and extraction: The surface cleaning unit eliminates disturbing dust and loose glue residues from the back of the furniture front components.
• Ionizing Bar: The ionization bar on the intake side discharges the electrostatically charged and contaminated surface, while the ionization bar at the outlet side neutralizes charges on the surface and on the brush during and after the cleaning process.
• Brush: The spiral brush grabs the electrostatically discharged particles and sends them in the direction of the extraction hood
• Jet nozzles: The flat jet nozzles are supporting the transportation of the ions with an aligned flat air stream, which removes smallest particles from the surface and keeps the spiral brush dust-free.
