The Gottschild cleaning / buffing / brushing machine BSD 2000 is a high performance fully automatic eight-head rotating disc brush machine.The cleaning system removes the glue overspray from the back of the foil coated 3D furniture front panels. Depending on the model the machine can work rectangular parts up to 3000 x 650 x 40 mm. The time saving compared to manual work is considerable.

The automatic recognition of size of the furniture front panels enables an adaptation with permanently changing loading without loosing any time in through-feed process.
Due to the use of a pneumatically controlled brushing unit (height adjustment) the surface of work piece are worked in through-feed so that a processing speed of 7-8 parts/ minute and/ or ca. 3600 pieces per 8 hours is achieved (rectangular parts). Furniture front panels of a thickness of 12 mm – 40 mm are cleaned in through-feed operation by means of the automatic height adjustment.

AL profile fixed tool bridges, with four or eight brushing linear units, driven by ac motors with planetary motors. Three Dust Extractions over the full width for perfect dust removal.
Tool bridge of eight head rotating disk brushing system BSD 2000-8
The machine works with four or eight pneumatic brushes (diameter of 260 mm). The furniture front panels are guided through the tool bridges by means of a conveying belt. Here the furniture front panels are cleaned in through-feed and the dirt brushed away is removed by suction. The low-maintenance brushes are very durable, ensuring low production costs.

Vacuum Table of the Cleaning Machine BSD 2000 ( Option )
The combination of vacuum and pressure rollers table gives added security against twisting of small parts when brushing. The vacuum table with five rows of holes has a length of 220 mm and a width of 280 mm. The vacuum table is attached in each case under the first two brushes and is constructed for connection to the exhaust system. ( No vacuum pump )

Vacuum Pump / Side-Channel Compressor of the Cleaning Machine BSD 2000 ( Option )
The vacuum pump/side-channelcompressor is a stronger alternativ to connecting the Vacumm table with the exhaust system. Especially for high speed applications with up to 3600 parts / 8 h is the vacuum pump to recommend.
Option Vacuum Pump for Disk Brushing Machine BSD 2000/2500
The full speed of the brush is only possible. if the parts are conveyed in the optimal distance into the machine. The driven roller conveyor separates the panels. Therefore the roller conveyor is controlled by the cleaning machine.
